Right of Withdrawal. Pursuant to Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic, consumers have the right to withdraw from this commercial transaction (purchase of goods and/or services) within ten (10) calendar days from the date the goods are delivered or the contract is executed, whichever occurs later, without incurring any liability. This right cannot be waived or limited. To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the seller in a verifiable manner and make the product available for return. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the seller. The consumer must return the product unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Upon receipt of the returned product, the seller shall refund all amounts paid by the consumer.
