This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store (powered by Shopify) and at ARMARIO 33 retail locations.
You may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date your order is delivered (for online purchases), subject to product availability.
- In Store: Visit our Flagship Store at Posadas 1271, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- By Email: Contact us at info@armario33.com and include: (1) your order number, (2) the item and size you wish to exchange, and (3) the reason for your request. We will provide the necessary instructions.
Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality inspection (estimated processing time: up to 5 business days). We will notify you by email regarding the outcome and the next steps.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email) is required.
- Items must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, alterations, or damage.
- Shipping costs for voluntary exchanges (size, color, or different item) are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, ARMARIO 33 will cover all shipping costs.
In accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, customers may cancel an online purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the product is received or the contract is concluded, whichever occurs later.
1. You may exercise this right using the Right of Withdrawal feature available on our website or by emailing info@armario33.com.
2. If your order has already been delivered, we will arrange collection of the item at no cost to you.
3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Exchanges for the same product in a different size (subject to availability) will not incur any price difference.
- If you choose a different product, you will receive a digital store credit equivalent to the value of your original purchase, which can be used toward a new order.
- Bridal Drop and Cocktail Drop collections are not eligible for voluntary exchanges (size or color) or commercial returns. For online purchases, the statutory Right of Withdrawal and legal warranty for manufacturing defects remain applicable.
- Previous Seasons and AR-Cycled items may only be exchanged at our Atelier (Posadas 1209 – Ground Floor, Recoleta), and only for products within the same category, subject to availability.
All products are covered by the minimum legal warranty established under Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240: 6 months for new products and 3 months for pre-owned products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a proportional price reduction, or a refund, as provided by applicable law.
